Our Team

Andrew is a lawyer in the firm’s Vancouver office. He practices primarily in the areas of workplace law and commercial litigation. Andrew represents and advises employees and employers in a variety of workplace matters including wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, human rights issues, and non-competition agreements.

He articled at a full service law firm gaining experience in litigation and solicitor work with a broad practice that included Business Law, Real Estate, Family Law and Civil and Commercial Litigation. Eric was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2010.

Kasia was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of British Columbia. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate with Honours from Bond University in Australia.

Alfonso Chen is a civil litigator in our Vancouver office who can provide services in both Mandarin and English. He has appeared before and won cases in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and numerous tribunals.
